Exchange And Refunds

Products are returnable for refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Products must be new, unused, and in original condition with product tags and packaging intact.

Due to the hypoallergenic nature of the products and bedding laws, items that have been used, laundered, or are not in the original packaging are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Therefore, please refrain from using products that are intended for return.

We recommend keeping the item in its original packaging/box and far away from any strong smelling scents including perfume/cologne, plug-in air fresheners, strongly scented hand creams or soaps, and other perfumed body care products.

“Used” is defined as any length of time you have personally used the product.

Please note wool filled bedding products may have a mild natural scent of lanolin which assures you are receiving an authentic product free of harmful chemicals, toxins, and synthetics; this is not considered a defect. Simply air out the product for one to two weeks and the wool aroma should dissipate.

Any product returned with an odor, fibers or other debris will be considered “used” and not be eligible for return or an exchange.

Refund will be issued for qualified returns and to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges, including the orders that qualified for free shipping, are excluded from the refund.
