We charge a variable calculated shipping rate on all orders in the United States.
Woolens Orders over $200 receive free shipping across USA. BEDDING Orders over $200 receive free shipping across the continental USA. For BEDDING orders beyond the 48 contiguous USA we bill the actual shipping charges.
We ship most WOOLENS Orders with USPS Priority Mail, which often will reach you within 1-3 days from when it was shipped. We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days from when order is placed. Tracking number is provided upon the shipment. Orders weighing 2-3+ lbs to west coast may be shipped with US Ground Mail (formerly First Class). Lighter orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us by phone or e-mail. Express Mail (USPS) costs a minimum of $40 - not all addresses are guaranteed to reach the recipient overnight. BEDDING Orders ship out from our distribution center in Fontana, Southern California. Approximate delivery times: USA: 3 – 7 business days.
