LANACare organic merino woolen nursing pads Style Softline REGULAR approximately 1/3 inch thick. LANACare Nursing pads made of soft organic merino wool that, thanks to the unique ability of wool to absorb moisture, warms the breasts even when wet. Nurturing wool with its natural lanolin relieves skin irritation and is gentle to delicate nipples. The nursing pads are flexible enough to adapt to the size of the breast and should be large enough to cover the entire breast. It is recommended to have two pairs. They are washed by hand and dried at room temperature. Regular thickness nursing pads are recommended for light-moderate leaking; EXTRA thickness for heavier leaking. Guidelines in Sizing
- Mini (9 cm - 3 1/2 in.) – recommended most often as additional inner layer for very heavy leaking - if opting for this alone, we recommend size XS.
- X-Small (12 cm - 5 in.)- A or B cup - most comparable in size to disposables, just a tad larger.
- Small (15 cm - 6 in.) - B-DD+ cup – most commonly recommended size - will give full coverage, yet fit inside most bras.
